Physical books
For physical books, refunds or returns are accepted only in the following situations:
- The book arrives damaged
- The book is defective due to a printing or shipping issue
- You received an incorrect item
To be eligible, the book must be unused and in its original condition.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change-of-mind purchases (except where required by law)
- Books that show signs of use
- Requests made outside the stated timeframe
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Cooling-off periods (where required by law)
In certain countries or regions, consumer laws may provide a mandatory cooling-off period for online purchases of physical goods.
Where such laws apply, customers are entitled to cancel their order within the legally required timeframe, provided the item is returned unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise required by law.
If no cooling-off period is required under local law, refunds remain subject to the policy set out above.
Digital books and downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital book purchases are final.
Once access to a digital book or downloadable content has been provided, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, except where required by law.

Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for physical books that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us before returning any item.
Gifts
If a book was purchased as a gift, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
